Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR).  Michele received the award at the NABOR Annual Night of

Honors banquet held this past Saturday evening April, 17th at the Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club where.
 
The "Realtor of the Year 2009" award recognizes the NABOR member who has made outstanding

contributions to NABOR, Florida Realtors, and the image of the Realtor and Real Estate profession.  As an

active NABOR member for many years, 2005 President of NABOR, President of CBIA 2007, and a Board

member of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Michele Harrison is a well deserving recipient of this

named exclusive listing agent, representing Starwood Land Ventures' in the marketing and sales of the

TOUSA/Engle properties acquired in Southwest Florida. 

 

Starwood Land Ventures is a Bradenton-based real estate development and investment firm that purchased

all the Florida properties for $81 million for 5,499 platted and un-platted home lots and 36 finished model

homes owned in Florida by the bankrupt homebuilder.  TOUSA, known to many in South Florida under the

Engle Homes brand, had thirteen (13) furnished models in the Southwest Florida area that will now be up for

sale under Michele.  All model properties in Southwest Florida are under the SVL Model Homes, LLC name.
